Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund — no questions asked.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at help@bellaeproduct.com for instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and processed within 2–3 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Additional Information
Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Bella-E Products reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
